All levels are invited to dance – “if you can walk you can dance." This is an awesome form of exercise; it's low impact and lots of fun (plus you will sweat and learn to do hip circles and other isolations). Learn low-impact, traditional Congolese dance with Master Dancer, Sandor Diabankouezi. Class is accompanied by live Conga drums.
Sandor is a world-class Congolese Master Dancer, Choreographer, and drummer; formerly the artistic director of the National Ballet du Congo (for 11 years) prior to coming to the US Where he has performed and taught now for over 28 years. He also sings traditional songs with many dances, teaching chanting parts to the dancers as well within some of the pieces. Lots of fun! For more information call Sandor Diabankouezi @ 510-725-0708
