7Directions Womens Group ® Dance Ceremony ONGOING WOMEN'S GROUPS:

Join Staci Boden and Jane Sanguinetti for a 5 month healing journey that combines earth-based dance ceremony with the nourishing power of a women's group.  Women's 7Directions can teach you how to move through life with self love, courage, balance, or whatever quality you most need to feel strong inside. Co-created by earth-based counselor, energy teacher, and ceremonialist Staci Boden, 7Directions integrates conscious dance with ceremony, art, energy work and a range of tribal, electronic, devotional, and pop music.  Women dance intentions alive while sharing, laughing, grieving, transforming, celebrating, and following our own rhythm.  7Directions becomes not only a monthly gathering of women, but also a way to relieve stress, have deep fun and cultivate body wisdom.
